BTW he is wrong to tell women what not to wear as much as Wadaads are wrong to tell them what to wear.

Whyt the fock cant men just get out of the women'swear business? Let the girls wear what they like. How bleedin difficult is that a concept to grasp?

I dont know about wadaado telling women what to wear...but I do know that many women wear the Hijab willingly because their God has ordered them to.

I dont think God is particularly interested in length of hemlines but fine. Let them wear it. If god's dress choice doesnt appeal to them that is fine too. They are fidgety, finnickity, choosey little beings you know. Very hard to please. So leave them to it I say. Hence the stupidity of this MP telling them what not to wear.

I disagree. Where does it say God "ORDERED" them to? As far as i've learned, hijaab is a cultural phenomonon imported from the Arabs and the
Q'ura'an just states they must cover their hair, and lower their gaze.

Its not for you and me to agree or disagree...

The word Hijab means Cover..so all it means is like you said cover their hair and body(btw) ...so I dont see the discrepancy here. And thats an Order from God, just like not touching Alcohol was one.

Women are supposed to cover their whole body (apart from their face and hands) Niqab/veils is only optional and is not a must. Some women choose to wear the niqab, other dont. But they must wear hijaab.
