Hawiye will not listen until they get their heads put into the dirt.

Sacad are not having a rally call at all. The Hawiye will have to come to the Sacad and beg them for leadership just like the last time the Darood came near Xamar at the Caymiiska in 1992.

Caydiid was conned by the Hawiye elders who came and promised to do whatever he said if he defeated the Darood. He did his part and the Hawiye broke their promise.
