Why are Somalis so racist?

Well Said That is why most of us Somali youth are lost...thinking they are black or something else. You are can explosure to the cultures you live in, however, you should be proud of who you are and where you come from. I havn't seen Somalia since I was 4years old and I made a promise to myself to always know my religion and culture and to live my it and hopefully some day my kidz will too. If you adopt a different culture you are a lost soul....so be strong and learn it.

Somalis who act like ghetto thugs and bantu jareers need to do all somalis a favour....GET THE F*** OUT OF OUR GENE POOL. This is why BB (Bantu blood) is very dangerous. BB is also the reason why southern somalia will stay like a shit hole unless we Somalis do something.

1. We drop a bomb on Southern Somalia. Killing all hutus.

A lot of innocent Pure somalis will die, but what else can we do??

2. We move the capital of somalia to puntland.

I like option 1 better, since mogadishu would be a nice place to live after its been debantutized.

3. We all grab our diracs/macawis, AK 47s, and hed for Hutu central aka mogadishu.

This would require us to enter hutu land, which is very dangerous and is full of half jareer somalis

Actually it does. Did anyone threaten to take away your heritage? Why is it you think that because someone is of mixed or biracial descent they will automatically lose their heritage? That is pure ignorance! I'm a perfect example of a person of mixed descent yet I haven't lost mine.

As a matter of fact I think I have the best of both worlds...make that 3 The only people I hear speak of preserving race,heritage etc are people who are extremists who are prejudiced and have no regard for other people and their cultures in this world we live in. People like the KKK and others who support your twisted ideology. I don't support that kind of thing nor will I condone it.

Their are other people who exists in this world and you would do well to educate yourself and not have tunnel vision. Knowledge is power!

If you believe that then you are just as ignorant and illiterate as the poster of that original comment. If the youth is lost then it is down to that individual. Does it mean every Somali youth will lose their soul in America?

I'm sure they're many grounded somalis who haven't lost their heritage or culture wherever they may be in this world. Of course, there's also some that have embraced western philosophy and some fell through the cracks while others didn't.

What I am talking about is the fact the our Somali youth don't know or even they don't want to know about their culture. I don't have anything against other cultures;however, as a young Somali in dispora we need to be aware of our own cultures and religion and not be influenced by the bad things other culture have to offer like " being a thug". I don't think that the Somali culture is 100% the way to go, yes it is upto the individual, but the mere sense of being proud of where we come from lacks in our youth and that is what I am addressing here. There is no need to hate on adoon or any other race regardless of their religion or culture that is part of being a good Muslim and good citizen of this world. I lived in American all my teens until today and I believe it has brought out the best in me and wish someday I can convey my education to benefict the lost generation back home in my motherland.
