There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone's personal choices in life, but there's also something called being "tactful" which the likes of some of your people sorely lack.

I don't have any problems with somalis.... i like them...but I do have a problem with ignorant people. Telling me that it goes back generations and that it's an inherited somali trait doesn't make it right to do it. You live in the western world now where you're able to look at things more sensibly and logically from an objective standpoint. Respecting people's personal choices doesn't mean that you always agree with them...it means that you learn to co-exist even it may be something that you wouldn't consider doing so don't give me that crap!
