Define fair representation. That's a vague term that can mean anything. For some, Somaliland having no representation is fair.

50% is not fair, in fact it's day light robbery. There should be enough representative from Somaliland aswell as other states who can run for and be elected for president and other high positions in the government. You have to keep in mind there's no room for appeasement and all Somalis are equal no matter where they hail from or who their parents are.

This is the main issue, here.

We are a nation, and you think of us as a province like gedo or hiiran..

if isaaq(somaliland) don`t want somalia they should go and migrate to ethiopia, the land belongs to somalia.
somalia clans have divided goverment based on clans they have their fair share, they have 27 MP and ministers in cabinet

if isaaq clan is alowed to seccesion then dhulbahante(ssc) clan should be granted sovereignty and made into in state, because it will keep the balance of power in the nort, you can not have isaaq becom a state and use the state institutions and get weapons to take revenge on dhulbahante.
