As Marehans, we gotta think long and hard about abusing people like these thug mafia fiefdoms that existed around the shabelle region before. These barbarians like Mohamed Dhere (Who can't read), Qebidid, Qanyareh etc. ran that region like orginized crime bosses and, abused the rights of the minorities there. Say what you want about Barre, but he had a security force patrolling Kismayo, and there was no lawlessness and chaos like the areas around Xamar. If we're serious about creating a serious regional administration, we can't have nonsense where a Sade kills a Galceel over a stupid arguement, because he knows that his clan runs things in that city. Creating a regional administration includes, making a council or parlament, and giving seats, power and position to people who have a presence there. In the new Jubbaland, Sheikhal, and galjeel should have a signifigant amount of power. Was blood money paid to the miskeen Galjeel family? Peace.
