i'll give you the definition of word SLIP:

Slip:1 A short individual who thinks he's a little teapot.
2 A relapse on alcohol or drugs, usually short in duration with minimal harm done.
3 a) When a person makes the mistake of not staying alert or focused, and as a result they lose out. b). When something happens and a person is unaware of what happened.

Slipped: Messing around, not paying attention to important details.
