If your clansmen were war savvy, strategically minded, and less prone to narrow minded tribalism, you'd have liberated the Ogaden ages ago from the Habash, playing on the Western predeliction for the underdog. Instead, you have the ONLF being a minor nuisance to the Habash; more taken to burning the trucks of Isaaqs, while the Habash gamboll over the carcass of the nation that shed its blood for your kinsmen.

Twisting words & editing history does not make it accurate. The Ogaden issue was divised by European colonialists, who to this day keep their hand in the middle of the issue. It was the English who have handed certain regions of Somalia to the Ethiopian king Menelik II in 1940.

Why do you think Siad Bare was ordered to retreat from Addis Ababa in 1977? Why did the West remain silent about the Ogadenia issue for over 50 years?

According to you, the occupation of Kilinka 5aad is due to the incompetence of the Ogaden, but we all know there are bigger forces at work! The Ogaden population of this region is less than 5% of Ethiopia, how do you expect cattle herders & nomads who have been oppressed for 50 years to free themselves?
