Koronto91,
This is not a childish game of "my qabiil is better than yours", I was merely pointing out a simple fact, which is your clansmen were never known for being particularly intelligent, calculating nor strategically gifted, as recent history proves spectacularly.
Ogadens occupation is a Somali problem, not limited to one clan or one region, yet the ONLF deals with other Region 5 clans like interlopers, especially Isaaq.
You've been fighting the Habash since the end of WWII; a fight paid with the lives of thousands of your kinsmen, and the Habash front line has advanced past your desert and into the neighbouring Somali lands! Another nation went to war for your sake, bringing one of the most modern and powerful sub-saharan African armies to bear on your problem. If your clansmen were war savvy, strategically minded, and less prone to narrow minded tribalism, you'd have liberated the Ogaden ages ago from the Habash, playing on the Western predeliction for the underdog. Instead, you have the ONLF being a minor nuisance to the Habash; more taken to burning the trucks of Isaaqs, while the Habash gamboll over the carcass of the nation that shed its blood for your kinsmen.
What have xeerka dagaalka iyo geesinimadda gotten you so far? 60 years of dead Ogaden, and extra land for the Habash to control! All in a good days work for the Ogaden clansmen!

Padishah,
Twisting words & editing history does not make it accurate. The Ogaden issue was divised by European colonialists, who to this day keep their hand in the middle of the issue. It was the English who have handed certain regions of Somalia to the Ethiopian king Menelik II in 1940.
Why do you think Siad Bare was ordered to retreat from Addis Ababa in 1977? Why did the West remain silent about the Ogadenia issue for over 50 years?
According to you, the occupation of Kilinka 5aad is due to the incompetence of the Ogaden, but we all know there are bigger forces at work! The Ogaden population of this region is less than 5% of Ethiopia, how do you expect cattle herders & nomads who have been oppressed for 50 years to free themselves?
It's like saying Aborigines are a bunch of whimps, they don't try to free themselves & recover their land, when the odds are stacked up against them high!

If I were you, Koronto91, I would not be throwing stones while paying off a hefty mortgage on a glass house.

Answer my questions, please.

Just because the Ogaden issue is infinitely more complex than my rather quick synopsis, does not detract from the unrivalled doqonnimo displayed by Ogaden of late.

Padishah,
Let's put qabiil talk aside and answer my question:
Do you support the TFG & if yes, why?

I have made my utter disdain for the TFG public for everyone to hear on numerous occasions. The whole format of the TFG is tasteless, not to mention those who occupy the seats within, and who comprise the leadership.

Padishah,
Thank you for your honesty! Like most Somalis, when our clans are placed on the chopping board we get light headed. It's good to see a Majeerteen on this forum with a different view point than his clansmen.

Padishah the doqonimo of the Ogadeen is shared to a lesser extent by all somali clans and infact all muslims around the world.

Gurey25, waa iska hadal. I haven't met any Ogaden, so my 'opinion' really doesn't count.
