Girls rule, your still young, give yourself some time and you’ll find another farax that you think you MUST marry, I’ve seen this happen too many times with young girls. I find it disturbing that a guy you’ve only known for 6 months can put a strain on your primary relationship with the woman who gave birth to you. This may sound harsh but as I guy I would assume a bad daughter makes a bad wife and an even worse mother. An intelligent guy would walk away from a sister with bad judgment. Perhaps its not too late for you.
FAH1223, I agree with you that parents can be unreasonable at times but what would you tell your sister if she picked a farax she just met at uni over your family?? Do you think the girl is just a tad bit more unreasonable than her mother??

I know these 3 Isaaq girls;they had relationship with somali guys and wanted to get marry but the parents refused them cause 2 of them were Hawiye and the other was Dir...Now they eneded up marrying ajnabi men ; Kurdi ;Gambian and Norwegian..Thats how it went...
