FAH1234 and why is that so cause i dont assume all somalians to know the political situation or how the goverment works. yes she isnt dumb she knows the basic stuff but she doesnt know as much as the real somali people who live inside somalia know. I can gurantee ya my grandmother doesnt pay attention to somali poltics cause she lives with me and i know what she listen's to and what she does and most of the time its either Djboutian news or the French T.V network.

Now i dont know why you guyz are turning the thread a crisis mode of assuming shit about me as it seem's its happening lately. i asked a simple question and if u dont have answer for me dont bother.
I am not big Somali music fan and I especially never understood why people like Hassan Adan Samatar, guy cannot sing if his life depended on it.

King some I like are kaskeey, Boqol, all the 70's hobolada crews, Wadani songs especially Ogaden War classics...Fahma that Hargeisa singer sounds just wack, fuad can't sing, king khalid's beats are the highlight not him, etc
Kaskey is my favourite, too. I prefer the traditional style of singing accompanied by the ute.
I can't stand today's Somali music with their excessive use of the electronic Organ, I don't know who is who or what.

I used to listen to classics by:

-Beer Dilaacshe
-Kooshin
-Cumar Dhule
-Ahmedc Naji
-Fadumo Qassim
-Khadija Qalanjo
-Fadumo Ahmed
-Hibo Nura

Nothing that is produced today can even come close to these classics. Every morning before going to school, the radio used to be on & I grew up listening to Hobalada Waaberi.
Lol@kooshin being clasic Smile ....he is a good singer though.

Boqol can't sing...he is a screamer!

K.Awdal,

Ubax Fahmi is a real star...add Shay mire dacar and his brother caabi mire dacar.

Dhaga Bacayl,

Yeah, I know he copied it from the legendary Beer Dilaacshe, but so did many others. Beer Dilaacshe's songs were addictive to say the least.

Anyway, check out this one:

Those are the only ones I could find on sclub19, dude. Did you grow up in Somalia? You are one of few who even recognize people like Beer Dilaacshe & Kooshin, this site is mostly filled with kids. down
