Ask your Ilkoyare Elders. Most of Marehan Elders know him pretty Well. As for Using foreign Power, Atleast A/Yusuf did had the Somali Army unlike your Aaabow ho though Somali army alone can push the SSDF

For Someone who is 19, Hoolif left politics while you were unborn. He left politics before the Civil war and you were 2 years old back then
