Adovcator,

Why do people confuse the ONLF with Ogadens in SOmalia ?

The two are very different. ONLF is fighting for the liberation of Ogadenia, while the Somali Ogadens are just like all the other qabiils searching for their share of power.

Viva ONLF and inshallah, WSLF !

An Ogaadeen person can never harm Sacad person. As a matter of fact an Ogaden would give his life in protecting Sacad. There are many Sacads in Wardheer and throughout Ogadenia and for them it is like home. In the same token, It is true that Sacad never hurted Ogaadeen. When USC took power most Ogadens were protected by Sacad. The many who lost their lives were killed by Abgaal and other minority clans like Duduble. An uncle of mine who was veteran SPM was killed by Duduble.

It is also true that when Caydiid was alive and had the power, Kismaayo never got out SPM hands.

tribalism cause is what Onlf fights.

Somali parties that ruled Somali region Ethiopia. SPDP which represents the majority ruled the region often times. All somali clans refused to be part of tribalistic cause.

Mohammed Ma'alin Ali (ONLF) (October 1997 - October 2000)
Abdul Reshid Dulane (SPDP) (October 2000 - 2003)
Abdul Jibril (acting) (SPDP) (2003 - October 2005)
Abdulahi Hassan Mohammed (SPDP) (October 2005 - present)

Abdulahi Muhammed Sa'adi (January 1993 - November 1993)
Hassan Jire Kalinle (1993 - April 1994)
Ugaz Abdulrahman Abd Ghani (April 1994 - 1995?)
Id Tahir Farah (1995 - October 1997)

Advocator;
How can you talk about Southerners when you are a minority in the South. Your only Degaan in south Somalia is parts of Gedo. In contrast tha Absame land in the South stretches from Bokool, Gedo, Jubada Dhexe and Jubada Hoose. You have to say thanks to Cayr and Jees who allowed you to come to Kismaayo in the first place. I have seen many Cayrs who regret their unholly union with you in the sham JVA union.

Sorry to crash the jungle fever going on here, but Kismayo was captured by SNF commanded by Morgan while Caydid was at the HEIGHT of his power. A/Wahab don't lose credibility with mystery battles in Gelinsoor and what not. USC/SPM had Kismayo briefly, enough for Jees to commit his USC atrocities. It was here when Morgan who still had the full support of Marexaan, that an army was raised from Gedo and it was captured.

Gudhad, how do you define Degaan? Is it what you think someones degaan is or what it actually is? Marexaan Degaan is anywhere from at the beginning of the Jubba River Luuq, to Kismayo in the Indian Ocean. Take your pic sxb. Cool

Unfortunately, it wasn't before some brutal atrocities were committed by the doqon Jees who illiminated the most prominent Harti in Kismayo. One of my Dhulo best friends even lost an Uncle.

http://www.somaliawatch.org/archive/990617501.htm

his is the story of Abdisaid Ali. " ...Let me remind you where I was one terrible night in Kismayu. In December 1992, I was at the home of Dr. Mohamed Dahir Nur. We were there with his two daughters, one was eleven, the other sixteen. Therewas gunfire all over the city. We could hear gunfire everywhere. We did not know that Jess' soldiers would come looking for us but they did ( us any other Majerteen in the city). Mohamed's home had an outhouse-type lavatory. I was in the lavatory when Jess' soldiers burst into the compound, firing their weapons. The soldiers captured Dr. Mohamed and tied him up. They insulted him and beat him. A short time after they arrived, Jess himself arrived. I recognized him. I saw him with my own eyes. Dr. Mohamed's daughters were crying and screaming. Jess went over to where Dr. Mohamed was lying on the ground and told the soldiers to kill him. They let out a burst of gunfire. Then the soldiers grabbed Dr. Mohamed's older daughter and gang-raped her. The whole time I was frozen in terror and shock from what I was witnessing.

as we all know when siyad bare(aun)was trying to retake mugdisho even axmed cumar jees broke ties with caydiid in the afgoye insident and the whole darood army was put under spm with siyad bare(AUN)as general and adan gabyow as second in command..luq you must understand that even know i try not to go that deep into it,waxaad u wacdineysaa nin a man who doesnt like febal speeches.
