Sh. Shariif was in his late 20s in 1991 and was a madrasah teacher. Sh. Dahir Aweys was head of Al-Itihad who were fighting to establish their rule in Bari along with many MJ wadaado who shared his ideology. Neither men ever massacred Daarood civilians nor did either one oust our people out of Xamar.

On the other hand, Gacmadheere, Qeybdiid, Sudi, Qanyare, Geedi, Geele, M. Dheere are all former USC men who either took part in the civil war as foot soldiers, commanders or fund raisers. These men are today your leaders, they're the face of the TFG, where is your concious, walaal? How can you support such vile men who the blood of innocent Muslims on their hands?

Don't confuse that hadeeth that strictly reffers to not rebelling against Muslim leaders who rule by Shar'iah with just any kinda ruler. Even Sh. Albaani released a fatwa regarding this whereby he clearly states the only "ulul amr" who can not be fought are those that rule by Shari'ah. Itaqu Allah yaa akhi and stop your stubborness.

The hadith says

He(Prophet Muhammad Sallahu aleyhi wa aali wasalam) replied: No, as long as they say their prayers

The Prophet (saw) said: "Do not rebel against the ulul amr amongst you." Meaning those leaders of yours who rule by the Shari'ah. According to Sh. Albaani, Ulul amr are Muslim leaders who rule by the Qur'an and the Sunnah and nothing else, any leader who rules by "ilm al-Taghout" are not included in this category. Who are those that rule by "Ilm al-Taghout"? Those that rule by man-made laws be it democracy, socialism or communism.

The only leaders that can not be fought are:

-Those that rule by Shar'iah regardless of how they came to power (unless they were brought by an infidel army).

-Those that rule by Shar'iah and were picked by a Shura (council). This council must consist of Ahlul-Fiqh i.e. religious men who fear Allah and know the Fiqh, not warlords and certainly not a "parliament" that contains women and men who don't even practice Islam.

As for A/Yusuf's government, its in a league of its own, because:

1. A/Yusuf's government was created, funded and brought to Somalia by a Kaaffir army and such a thing leads to apostasy according to this verse in the Qur'an:

“O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Awliyaa’ (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Awliyaa’ of each other. And if any amongst you takes them (as Awliyaa’), then surely, he is one of them. Verily, Allaah guides not those people who are the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust)”

2. A/Yusuf's government does not rule by Shar'iah and anyone who rules by anything, but Shar'iah risks apostasy according to this verses:

“. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, such are the kaafiroon.” [aayah 44];

“. . . And whoever does not judge by that which Allaah has revealed, such are the zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers)” [aayah 45];

“. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed (then) such (people) are the faasiqoon (rebellious or disobedient).” [aayah 47].

Your assertions are competely defaced, first and foremost Hassan Aweys stated that he would support A.Yusuf as President of Somalia. The instant, A.Yusuf was elected as President he formed Hawiye "Wahabists" and megalomaniacs to protest against A.Yusuf, and his dignitaries, because of power not on the basis of religion. If they felt the TFG were corrupt wouldn't it have been better for the soverginity of Somalia to comply with their needs until they left office? Would people have been killed? Would the Ethiopians stepped foot in Somali soil, the answer to these two questions are "no".

Hassan Aweys was a prison guard in the Siad Barre administration, who wants to bring Saudi rule to the Somali forefront. It will not happen,we have been Muslims and we will continue to be. So for him to act like some Messiah is laughable.
