Iam just curious since the market is said to be the largest in somalia and the Largest Clan in the city is Abgaal, arent they affected. If so how could they let this happen.

Bakara is many clans. Dahabshiil is ont of the biggest investors in it. I believe its a Habar Gedir strong hold and not Abgaal. Suuqa Bacaad os Abgaal.

You think like a normal person...However.... Somalis want only their clan to be rich and everybody else poor... Actually they just want their family to be rich and everybody poor.... Thats the mentality... A government would provide security, clean environment... Functioning business and tourism... So the area would benefit considering Bakaraha is a very large open air market....

I have a better idea. Every clan go back to the hell whole you came from and leave the sub-clans sort it themselves. Case in point my people, we supposedly live in the most remote area in somalia and people say its a barren dessert, but we have made it work. By the way have ur family lost something in this bakaara mess.

I have no problem with that now tell that to Habar Gedir and Marehaan.

No my family hasn't lost anything in the Bakara, the family in Xamar lives in Wabari, and the rest just use the market in Afgooye, its too dangerouse to go to Xamar.

The Ethiopians bomb the Bakara, its not the first time, they delibratley just bomb the place.
