Why make another mistake if the South ends up psycho again then your comprimising the new capital. A neutral territory (nugaal, Bari,Sanaag or Sool) is the best chance of not having a Xamar part 2 happening.

Whats the benefit of moving a capital when the problem is with the somalis.You can move capital to where ever you want but until the problems between somalis arent solved every capital will be destroyed. Dont give up on Xamar,its just a hard time we are facing today. When we solved our problems,this city will arise again.

Belet Weyn would be my option for the South/Central maybe if we can condition the natives who are ambigous with their clan identity to remain sane. Works for all of us besides the extremest like Hiiranboy.

No the reason Baardheere won't work is because it is a farming center. U would have to get rid of a lot of farms to establish a city like Xamar, and that doesn't seem feasible, same thing with Afgooye, Jilib, Balcad.

Bledweyn is close to the Ethiopian border and it has a lot of Donkeys. Everybody drives Donkeys there

If we maintain a union with Somalia I'd prefer Ceerigabo we need development in our region and the North. If the capital and peace continues in the South little will be seen in the North, Hargesia has no option but to remain independent from Somalia.

As Isaaq person why would you not be happy with Hargiesa being the capital,its heading that way.Everybody uses Hargeisa at the moment its only xanophopics and qabilist who cant admit the truth somalia belongs to all somalis.Not tribes but all somalis.Hargiesa is no different it belongs to a marexaan/ogadeen as much as a Habar Jeclo.What gives me privilege other then trabilism which is the desease and not the cure.
