I'm going down that route too...I'm 22 planning on staying until I get married.

I'd rather save my money and get my degree than having debt and paying high rent throughout school. If you have to do it, then you have to do what you have to do. But if your family isn't going to kick you out, has given you enough responsibility with household duties, your siblings, and even paying some of the bills.... then why move out? I think I am a lot more independent even if I am not staying on campus or at an apartment.
