I understand you ES, what youre basically saying is that anything ambiguous should be dealt with the way our culture has been doing since before Islam came to us...

Worked for us before, and Sharia isnt supposed to be imposing and ridding us of culture...Allah is not a colonialist. He does have a set of rules which make sense in the courts and sort our problems out.

dubai is bigger and has more choice, less risk of running into other saudis.

People stop jumping on the bandwagon about Saudi Arabia. First of all get the facts about the case and dont just take what the BBC and other Western media outlets say. They all have an agenda to defame the Sharia of Allah thats why they twist every story. Some of the comments here are shocking and exactly the view point of the Kuffar. Its sad to see some of our people are mentaly colonised by the Westerners.

Saudi Arabia is under Sharia law and us a result has the lowest crime rate anywhere in the world Alhamdulilah. So people get your facts about the case from reliable Islamic sources then present your argument.
