True, there is alot suspicion, but you also have to acknowledge the fact that every group in Somalia has its own men to represent them within the Islamic movement. For example, the ones in Middle Shabelle are local muslim men and independent of others. The same for Hiiraan, Jubba, Gedo etc. All are from men of those regions, and as a result of that fact can operate freely witin the domains of their respective groups.
