1mansquad

I was being civil with you and neither me nor starsream were insulting your clan..

But

Bosaaso to Galkacyo equals not occupied.

Your main city Lascaanood is occupied by somaliland?

Talk about Manliness when your main towns are not even under your control.

Shirib, exactly. That's worth a whole topic of itself, but fact remains that landprices are artificially overpriced and successfully overhyped. They're really not worth more than a miniscule fraction of those figures. Heck, there's no institution to guard your contract and your rights to your land there.

1nemansquad,

I wouldn't talk if I were u. Naag la qabo baad ka tahay arintaan, go do the laundry for the Somaliland soldiers that are forcefully staying in ur house. Rag danahooda yaqaan, waxoodana uu dhan yihiin afkaaga qurun haa uu taagin baacyahow.

..the same old nonsense said in a different day, nobody is occupying my land; somalida waxeey tiraahda allah kacabsi iyo rag iskacelis kalasaar instead of telling lies to get back at me ilaah kacabso

..laascanood is occupied but dhulos and dhulos alone s.ucka and you know it, you fockers (dhabayaocos) tried hard to set off war between the injudicious caduqatayaal (who are both dhulos) and generate anarchy and destruction but it did not work, thanks to some wise men your evil plan did not work.

..who's the Somaliland your talking about that is occupying lascanood? where the fock are they..

UncleBin,

If a villa goes 80-100 thousand in Bossaso, multiply it by 2 for Mogadishu

Well, I can tell you that the value in Jowhar are not too off from the ones in Mogadishu. Some of the new neighborhoods are inhabited by people who made business in Dubai and Mogadishu and don't see Mogadishu too save for their children. Especially the lands close to the farming plantations in Jowhar are richer than any land plot for plot in Somalia except maybe Balcad and Afgoi. I know people who bought houses in Jowhar in the last few months. Trust me.
