Diyeeshaha, Sudan always had great institutions, but it wasn't as evenly distributed among the people as Somalia's system under Siad Barre. Somalia had better literacy 30 years ago than Sudan has had in its entire history.

Dynamic, you are Somali, deal with it.

If you call WRITTING your name in Somali better literacy than yeah....whata odiot.

Somallia didn't even have a television before 1984. Sudan was always light years ahead of Somalia and still is. Keep in mind Sudan has the largest land in Africa and has more diversity in Language, culture and more importantly religion.

However, Sudanese wealth and development is concentrated in arab dominated region. Beyond Khartoum, there is no sign of economic empowerment.
