Cambuule is dhaqan koonfureed, who have short of meat. Cambuulo substitute for Meat , since both of them are rich in Protein. If you can get the meat, fck hell to Cambuuli

sorry dear, but we're Somali our diet is heavy in meat eating and of course CAMBUULO eatin despite the fact that we are not reer koonfureed

i don't go to houses much..i should have said I went to house where they were eating it....and its family homes...and I don't eat at other peoples houses...loool...ask shirib...i even leave the food at the masjid and buy my own because i grew up to never eat anywhere else besides your house and restaurants...

believe me my wife WOULD LOVE ME...I don't have typical behavior...
