The way Somalian_Boqor feels he is more qualified to run Somalia than Sh. Shariif simply because he has more Western schooling is what gurey25 was getting at.

A wise person doesn't have to speak English, or take some international relations courses to qualify him for leadership.

For kids like Somalian_Boqor, they are all too eager to be the next King of Jordan for the West.
