Makaroone(curly one) iyo duqad, bariis cad iyo sanunad and finally federation - my personal favourite. :up:
I had fata muus in saudi and it wasn't nice lakiin they had some dish called madabbak - which is sabaayad iyo beed ley isku shiiley - which is delicious.
Btw, any of you guys heard of kulan, its eaten in waqooyi galbeed, they call it "Bariiska makaahiilka" :lol:

Kambuli, walaal it's true xulbadu way ur dheertahay laakin wax ka caafimaad badan, this is what Health Canada has on its website concerning Fenugreek

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help stimulate the appetite (Bradley 2006; Mills and Bone 2005; Blumenthal et al. 2000).

A bowl thats it, my mother and aunts know better than to leave small amounts of muqmad around me when I visit home, they appease me with bowls of muqmad, because they know that shit is like crack-cocaine to me a bowl will only satisfy me for a brief period, then I will start to go into shock and I will start shaking saying nothing but muqmad. :lol:

I also ate the kaluun and Mukhbasa in Jabuuti...Their Kaluun was from the Tinar(Mud oven) I don't know what they call in English, it was not a fried fish...Wallaahay it was yummy... :up:
