surrender- you know what i don't understand, and i'm really hoping you can answer this for me, is..say you were married, your life was perfect, you were happy, your husband was happy...you've got everything you could ever ask for (kids, materialistic things etc) why would he want to be with someone else? because if he did then that would mean that something is lacking, you're not making him happy, you're not giving him whatever it is that he needs. All in all he's not satisfied with you. Am i right?

i dont want him to be with another women, but if he asks if can marry another women, because he want to have more childrn for example. i wouldnt say no to him!!!

no, cawar i'm not ganging up on surrender- she does have a point. men are allowed to marry 4 females provided he treats them equally, but you have to look at it realistically. it's near impossible for a man to have 4 wives in this day and age, he WILL neglect atleast one..

i'm just trying to understand why surrender reasons the way she does- to me it's not logical, she's allowed to express her opinion and i respect that- but i still do not understand.

I never said it was the girls fault for not being able to have kids, waa ilaahay amarkiisa. but surrender the way you're talking is not what happens in reality. the reality is that a man, although he's allowed to have 2 or more women at the same time, it would be near impossible. in order for him to be able to marry these women he has to be able to provide for all of them and not to mention their children. surrender, hun, the reality of finding a somali man who can provide for more than one female is very slim. It's not a straight forward issue hun, i've seen with my own eyes how something like this can tare a family apart...i have my reasons for being so against it.

as for me, never in a million years am i willing to share my husband with any other female.
