I hate to break up this happy moment but I have a question to ask. Why are people here feeling sorry for midgaans or any other minorities in somalia, when the truth is that we as somalis dont even believe we are equals. Our whole qabil system encourages us to discriminate against other qabils so before we get to equality for midgaans we should first accept we as somalis are equal and no qabil has a monopoly on brains, money or bravery. Then we can discuss treating midgaans as equals until then you might aswell be pissing in the wind a pointless exercise.

PS, Some of the most qabils people on snet are getting the violins out for midgan's. puzzling

General SNM seperate politics from social use. I talk politics and I am proud of my qabiil but I have never woken up a single day in my life thinking I am more noble or superior to any Somalia, midgaan tumaal or yaxar included.

We discriminate against each other simply due to our qabils. Lets be honest a rear waqooyi in gedo would be discriminated against same with a marexaan in somaliland. So the point I'm making is its in our genes to discriminate against anyone different be they somalia or midgaan. We're just a prejudice society who discriminate against anything and everything.
