On yawmal Qiyaama Allah will judge between every living thing:

It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) – in a hadeeth that has many corroborating reports and isnaads – that he said: “Allaah will judge between His creation, jinn, men and animals. On that Day, Allaah will let the hornless animal settle its score with the horned until, when there is nothing left to be settled, Allaah will say to them, ‘Be dust.’ At that point the kaafir will say, ‘Would that I were dust.’

(Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilat al-Saheehah, no. 1966)

Among the versions of this hadeeth which we may mention are the following:

All creatures will settle the scores between them, even the hornless animal with the horned one, and even one ant with another.

Surrender is right, and Suufiboy is talking out of his ass like 100% of the time.

thanks for that Salahuddiin. i knew i was right, my macalin back in lascanod wasnt chatting bob, may allah bless him btw. he was talking about bullying, there were boys who were picking another arday(boys will always be boys dee! ) and he said to them, you do kno that bullying is haraam and you not suppose to pick on your fellow muslims or human beings. if he did something wrong to you, let me know i sure will make him pay. do you even know in qiyaamaha allah will even judge between animals and said what you said salahudiin that Allaah will let the hornless animal settle its score with the horned until, when there is nothing left to be settled, Allaah will say to them, ‘Be dust.’

salahudiin is an alshabab ogaden. do they know islam?

this is what wahabi website says about the issue.

Dear scholars, As-Salaam `Alaykum. I have recently been reading books on DEATH and LIFE AFTER DEATH. There appears to be no mention of the fate of ANIMALS.

“First of all, we’d like to state that we should not be much concerned about the status and fate of such creatures. What one should busy himself with is “what will be my fate in the afterlife” and this will be determined according to what man does of good or bad deeds.

However, in some reports it is stated that the hornless ram will retaliate for the harm caused to her by the horned one. This indicates absolute justice will prevail in the Hereafter to the extent that it will include some sort of oppression or aggression taking place among animals. More knowledge than this is not of any benefit for us. do you think allah will punish animals?

surrender

Allah swt gave you a brain and made you a human being, why will you be a qawiilist and still be concerned of animals be punished?

Salah,

I think I have seen that hadith before but I need to do more research on the subject before I take it as an absolute!

Anyhow, I have also seen a reference in the Bukhari collection (online, I dont have the book) that there is a story about a group of monkeys. It is said that a female monkey had a sexual relation with a male monkey who was not the monkey she always have sex with. The male monkey (ie her husband in this story) upon finding what his female monkey did, he yelled to his group of monkeys and they stonned her. Funny and unbelievable story right!!!

This is the link and its in arabic: http://hadith.al-islam.com/Display/Disp ... 0&Rec=5768. If someone has the hard copy of Bukhari, look at hadith number 3560 and see if this story is told there!

Wow, seems like macallin in your dugsi was a really nice man. Old school-macallin would've just beat the black out of everybody.

That was funny and interesting hadith. When I was a kid my favourite animals in the zoo were always the monkeys. They were really entertaining and I was just watching at them long time doing all kind of weird and crazy things. I used to think maybe they are yahuudis but later on I learnt the same hadith you brought up about those changed to animals being unable to breed.

Enlightened Sista

The hadith with same meaning, but with minor differences in wording is narrated by Muslim, Tirmidhi, Tabari and Ahmad and many more. Like it was said: hadeeth that has many corroborating reports and isnaads.

BTW that's an ignorant and very negative thing to say about Sh. Albani AUN. Regardless if he was "salafi" he was still a great scholar of hadith. There are lot of things I don't take from him, but I trust him in the field of hadith. Same way that I take fiqh from many scholars that I wouldn't take caqiida from. There are many great fuqahaa in our Shaafici madhab that had issues in caqiida, but that doesn't prevent us benefitting from them and appreciating the great good they had.

Beautiful advice from ibnul Qayim: Take from every garden the best flower.

War no one is interested of your useless calaacal but yourself. Just look at the topics you open. You have like 30 replies and you wrote 28 of them containing every time same hysterical and emotional ranting about qawiil-shabaab-wahhabi-west BS. I'm glad you are in America, at least they have right facilities for mental cases. In Somalia you would just be drifting in the streets bullied and stoned by kids.

Okay, I dont know if you know arabic or not but the second link's author argues two things regarding the monkey story:

1) The story IS NOT a direct quote from our prophet rather its a story told by a guy called Amr ibn Maymoun, why is it in the ahadith book, i dont know!
2) The guy argues that maybe some jinns took the shape of these monkeys as you might know that the world of jinns do have many similarities with the world of humans( in terms, of birth, death, having offsprings..etc)

What do you think of this argument, Salah?

PS: Many Islamic sources including the ahadith mentioned that jinns can take many forms!

Apparently you can speak to God in heaven. So Inshallah when you get there and you were to ask a question, what would it be?
