According to Al-Bukhari, it is supposed to have been Abu Bakr (RA) who heard the Prophet (Pbuh) say: “Those who entrust their affairs to a woman will never know prosperity.” this is saxiix hadith why would the prophet say such a thing markaas.
You have to consider the context of that hadith in which you mentioned.
when news reach the prophet s.a.w that Iranians had made the daughter of Cusore their ruler, he observed : "That nation can never prosper which has assigned its reign to a woman"
The above hadith is from ahad, isolated one and not mutawatir, one repeated by more than one companion of the prophet s.a.w. It is well known prinicple that the ahad ( isolated one) are not binding and it is not necessary to act upon them. Thus how can one make this tradtion of the prophet s.a.w binding on us.
Maulana Omar Ahmed Usmani shows that this hadith did exist before the battle of the camel in which Aisha ( R.A) participated. Abu Bakar the narrator of this haith remembered it only after the battle started and Aisha assumed command of the army against Ali , who was elected as the fourth caliph. Abu Bakar did not remembered it earlier , which is proof enough of the fact that it was forged in the context of this battle .
In the context of the battle of the Camel Aisha ( r.aw) was in command of the army which had many illustrious companions of the prophet s.a.w in it.
None of them objected in to her being command, nor did they desert her for that reason. Even Abu Bakar the narrator of that hadith did not desert her. Had they been convinced that the prophet s.a.w had prophibited women from being imam (leader or head ) he should have deserted Aisha as soon as he recalled this tradition. How than could it be said that a woman cannot become a leader of a government when her leadership was accepted by even the most eminent companions of the prophet s.a.w?
Dr Abdul Hamid Mutawalli maintains that a hadith is not acceptable if:
1) Describes what is impossible to believe
2) The hadith is in conflict with the quran
3) It contradicts the facts of history
The hadith contradicts the teachings of the with the quran as shown with respect to the verse about Queen of Sheba.
There aslo Fatwas, I'll post the whole link later.

queen still the hadith still stands just because aisha bint abu bakr al sadiq was in the battles it does not mean she could become Calif just like imam ali or her father. wax baad isku dhex qaldaysa.

Read the Fatwa of the eminent Theologian Maulana Asharaaf Ali Thanavi, in regards to that hadith

Islam doesn't prohibit women from becoming leaders
the question is would you like to become a leader 1 day? but you know as long as religious people in somalia are alive they wont let anywoman get a high position in the government let alone be a president
we all know what happened to that pakistani lady when she tried to get involve in the elections and win

Another reason why I believe this boy to be no more than fifteen.
Pathetic chauvanist, I doubt your balls have even dropped yet.
