North Somalia really looks the same
Almost no difference between Hargeisa, Burco, Bosaso, Garowe and Gaalkacyo.
Exact same building style. Maybe Puntlanders use more white but that's it.

I think this picture will end up on Wikipedia etc and in two years time on many Somali websites and people going to claim it's Kismaayo. I can't stand that

I think most probably Hargeisa or Bosasso. The current tallest building now I think is the Hargeisa Dahabshiil:
