Very convenient way of connecting the dots for those aspiring to score politcal points. The fact is, Abdullahi Yusuf never was interested in traveling to the west. When he lived in Kenya and Ethiopia, he was granted to live there. Abdullahi Yusuf never aspired to live in the west or was interested in travelling or amassing wealth. He resigned on principle. He was open to reconicilation and power-sharing, but the crap that was presented as conditions from the opposition was not acceptable to him period. Travel restiction and war crimes are total nonsense. Case in point :- Omar Al-Bashir; the axis of evil crew etc.

Niya walaal, 1st things 1st, I have nothing personal against Abdullahi Yusuf. Its important We get that out of the way. Secondly, I now very well what goes on in this TFG from people within it, and also powerful diaspora members which are all based in My area who help shape US foreign policy on Somalia. Its also a known fact that Abdullahi Yusuf was engaged in a bitter battle with Nuur Cadde and Ahmed Abdisalam (Something Captain24 will confirm) and Those two by way of a US foreign policy shif on Somalia, and by way of putting immense pressure placed on AY to resign by the UN (Travel Restriction/Indicment on War Crimes) He was forced to resign. If You really knew Abdullahi Yusuf He wouldn't resign on His own free will conceeding defeat to political or domestic rivals but He was forced, and these are the facts walaal.


As for Him getting assylum in Yemen, its actually a good thing. He's in a Muslim Country and I'm sure He's being accomodated well, so it wasn't a knock.
