AbdiWahab is too open handed I wouldn't give her above $1,000 for her Meher. The girl needs to know we are in the middle of a recession and quiet frankly the only person who can be lavish with my money is me. I don't even want a big wedding maybe something small with just the close family and friends,nothing that will last for to long cause ill be expecting my wife to be at home by 10PM latest. So in total I'm looking to spend $2,500 if not less, but I'm hoping to forgo the whole cash meher thing and just give her a fruit or something.


ps.I won't be giving her family any sooriyo either I believe its not practiced in Islam.
