I have come across a couple of photos of Somali guys on the net who had a hair transplant, you wouldnt think they had it done, looks natural.

You are full of shit walle. How are you able to tell from pictures on the internet that they had hair transplant if it looked natural? I have a large Somali forehead, i am fed up of it, i just want to tie back my hair without worrying about the size of my forehead taking up half of my face. I wear hijab but i want to look good for me.I have decided to have a hairline lowering procedure after doing some reasearch on the internet., the results look impressive and it is a simple procedure. I have an appointment at a clinic. The only person i told is my husband, he doesnt think i need it. Should i tell my family or keep it to myself? I dont want everyone knowing, news spreads quickly in our community.

Makes no sense to me as to why you should get a hairline lowering procedure, when you cover your hair, It seems to me you're just wasting your money. I bet their are side-effects that come along with it.

You don't need to take extreme prodecedures. sipmle hair cut will do the trick
