Those were false charges,but the impoortant issue here is Gral Ochoa defeated Somali Army in 1978.
Can anyone deny that Cuba and Ochoa defeated Somalia in 1978?
I want to see proofs of the somali victory in 1978

These are the casualties of the war:
Somalia: 6,453 killed, 2,409 wounded
Ethiopia: 6,133 killed, 10,563 wounded
Cuba: 400 killed
USSR: 33 killed
The score is 6566 Ethiopian/Cuban/Russian killed vs. 6,453 Somalis killed. Far more Ethiopians were wounded. Far more Ethiopian/Cuban/Russian tanks, APCs and vehicles were destroyed in the war. So, the numbers clearly show Somalia won, and Ethiopia/Cuba/Russia lost. There you got the proof.

Effects of the war
Following the withdrawal of the SNA, the WSLF continued their insurgency. By May 1980, the rebels, with the assistance of a small number of SNA soldiers who continued to help the guerilla war, controlled a substantial region of the Ogaden. However by 1981 the insurgents were reduced to sporadic hit-and-run attacks and were finally defeated.
This is a somali defeat,Somali Army and WSLF were defeated.
The Ogaden War weakened the Somali military. Almost one-third of the regular SNA soldiers, three-eighths of the armored units and half of the Somali Air Force (SAF) were lost
Somalia lost 1/2 Aircraft and 3/4 Armored units,huge casualties and at the end Somalia and WSLF were expelled and destroyed by cubans and ethiopians,please read the article.

luis1, Wikipedia isn't false, and your argument is weak. Two parts fought. One part suffered more losses; Ethiopia/Cuba/Russia. The other part suffered less losses; Somalia. Therefore, Somalia won.
