This always makes me laugh. Most girls (and green boys) think three minutes is nothing when they first hear the average. That is NINTY seconds, people. Sit there and count to 90. When you finish, imagine that you are not counting but are bouncing up and down for exactly that same length of time!

(Any breaks in between are at the discretion of the concerned couple).
