1.Dhugdhugley= Motorcycle...Some Somalis call it mooto..

2.Bariido= Salaam...Like ma barideen?

3.Tuupo= Hose..Likr the one you water plants..

4. Haan= Is a hand-made container from plants or made by metal for carrying water..It is the one they use to get and keep and transport water..

5.Dhoobi..is the one they use to milk animals specially camel

Remember Juba's song"Dhoobigii aan culayey" :lol:


6.Gaari...clean, neat and organised women...

7.Hilay..I think if I am not wrong it is sealing you put between the lid and the container so that the contents don't leak. It is usually made of "Maydhax"..

8.Dugaag is wild flesh eating animals I guess...

Excellente kambuli, youre the best one one here. One thing though, tuuBo is hose/tube...tuupo is a quiff hairstyle :up:

It is "Allaa Tuubbo" not Tuubbo :up: Ever heard the gabley shimbir;

2.Xabag Cadaadeed= Arabic Gum..

3.Wardheere= Isn't that a name?

4.Eridhaban geel..Is that when the little ones are taken from their moms? Eridhabanka geeluba, ilmaha meesha laga dhigo amabad kama habaabee....etc etc

8.Dhoor...is a kind of hair cut for kids in which the whole head is shaved except in the mid-front...

Voltage, Gaari is specifically for women..We, Somalis say " Ninkaasi waa geesi or waa deeqsi..or halyey..but not gaari

Ever heard of the song:

1.Toori = dagger

2.Biciid= Deer..male

3.goreyo= Osterich

4.Haangool= A kind of stick that is shaped to pull things..used for making huts etc

5.hohob...The red fruits..kind a dry usually found at hawd area..

6.Haad...A kind of . Ever heard "Haadba haad kici"

Kambuli correct on all of them except I didnt quite understand what you put for the last one. Hohob is my favourite, habaryartey baa ii soo guri jirtey markaan miyiga tagijirey.
