why did ur people start war if they act like candho?? if they can win?
That would be your sorry camp bro. We was the victorious boys, who entered Burco, Hargeisa and all in between on top of tanks. I wasn't chased to my land like you by hungry Hawiye heathens.
Its ok sxb atleast hawiyes dont call themselfs "somaliland" but somali. as reer xamars say its ishoon ka ishoon i am cool with hawiye chasin daarood or daarood chasin hawiye. atleast none of us suing echother !!
GENERAL_SNM wrote:Koronto sxb, how can you be a munaafaq and a muslim at the same time. This man was the second in command of a government that systematic killed its citizens without any due process. At least the peace of sh!t is getting that which is more then his victims got from him. My question is dont you think your a hypocrite when you wont alllow a man accused to prove his innocence. Wa munaafaqnimo tasi, let him prove his innocence if he is innocent.
My issue isn't with Cali Samatar's guilt or innocence, he was part of the establishment, but so were many others. Samatar was not a commanding officer, he was not a general, most he did was hold a ceremonial position. But you had as leaders Cigaal, Tuure, Riyaale, etc who were all members of the same regime, men who never showed remorse for their role in the previous administration and never quit politics. Mark my words, if you stopped selective judgements and prosecuted every member of that establishment equally, we would all be behind it 100%. I doubt there's anyone of us who has fond memories of what took place in the north in the late 80s, it was a tragedy indeed, but we don't want double-standards either.
Justice has to begin somewhere and if individuals in foreign countries decide to take to court the likes of Riyole or any other Isaaq for that matter, I would support them. If they are innocent then I want them to prove it and if they are guilty for them to face justice. I am not like you guys who try and make excuses when justice knocks on my neighbours door. Forget all this smoke talk about ''others not being prosecuted'' and His being picked on ''because his from a minority group''. The bottom line is you should support this case because it will either prove that the man is guilty or he is innocent.
Ps, Tuur and Cigaal aun are dead but if you really are feeling self-rightous, a certain jees is still alive. Why not get the ball rolling and get the Besha to execute a true warlord?
Aristokraft wrote:Lol@Jees. You're barking up the wrong cagdheer here, bro. They're all the same to me.
So we agree this midgaan should face justice?
woow and isaaq callin people midgaan. sxb if you guys are gob who is ur father and why aad hooyooyin ugu abtirsataan?? undercover wecelo?? or undercover midgaano?? pick one
Maybe 15 years ago, and along with another bus load of just as guilty duriyada civil workers.
Take them but rest assured that would mean building ovens like Auschwitz for the whole MOD apparatus to be incinerated in. You didn't think we would be using bullet's did you?
Shamboo, you are a southern boy and wouldn't understand the duriyad blood. Sxb, when we bleed the blood turns into diamond after one month. Its that pure.

You r soo right sxb the only thing i understand or see is one an isaaq bleeds their blood turns into a Diana production company
Samtar was man who ordered the bombardment of the second capital. Wether he was Midgaan or had a wet flower it amounts to no defence, and worst for him the immigration were attending the hearings , meaning they will tear of his residency papers. Given that In Somaliland Siilaanyo will win the election , Somaliland can request the exteraditions of many Kuumbos in USA including the fathers of many here in this forum.
Fighting rebels doesn't give you the excuse to kill and burry woman and childern and the whole sale slaughter of thousands, the Kuumbo goverment declared war on Isaaq, after one week session in Djbooty between Huure Bare and Mengisto , Barre came to Hargaysa in his way to the capital and said " you will be crushed Isaaq" and 1 wek later the SNM had to invade Burco, Hargaysa and Ceerigaabo. Within 2 years the fat Kuumbos were fleeing leaving their women and childern behind squeezing them out of the dhows sailing from Kismaayo and Marka.,
Tuke will be next and he is watching the news very carefully and many other criminals in the USA in fact the South American death squads and Contras will be prescuted too, this case has a huge implications for the criminals and their agents and clans who destroyed many lifes and escaped to the West. Isreal and Saudi Arabia may pay for the funds to defend these pigs , but the human right orgnizations with huge lobby behind them and legal know how will volunteer their time to send these fuckers packing.
With in this very year after the election Somaliland will have a 70% chance of been recognized and many Daaroods will be deported to Hargaysa , you can run but you can't hide Kuumbos.
Stevens upheld the appeals court's ruling.???? ONLY .. He emphasized that the Supreme Court's decision was narrow, limited only to the reach of the 1976 law and he sent the case back to the judge for more proceedings.
Stevens said whether Samantar may be entitled to immunity under the common law, which is based on judicial precedent rather than legislation, and whether Samantar may have other valid defenses to the charges against him are matters to be decided by the judge. ... I did my best to describe it. If you think you've got a better story than .. I Want to Hear: .. Did YOU really win anything
