I guess Sept 11 has nothing on the scale of US atomic bombings of Japanese civilians in the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan, the first on August 6, 1945 and the second on August 9, 1945

Within the first two to four months of the bombings, the acute effects killed 90,000–166,000 people in Hiroshima and 60,000–80,000 in Nagasaki

There is no doubt 9/11 was a horrible tragedy, almost 3000 innocent civilians lost their life and millions lost their loved ones. but what about millions of iraq's, afghans and palestines that lost their life/still continue to lose ? arnt they as equal as americans?
