When is the TFG mandate over?

The TFG mandate will be absolved in 8 months time, by August the new government will be in place with a Marehan as president (know him) with HG as prime minister. There is 150 page manifesto (completed already but undergoing revision) which will be the base of the constitution and the international community will seriously get involved in Somalia at that time in conjunction with the momentum provided by that new government. Right now nothing will change in Somalia because both the Obama government's revised policy and the UN's will be implemented then.
