I see alot of Somalis eating McDonalds breakfast menu.

the issue of qaad being xaraam can be debatable. as it depends on the consumption. You'd be a fool to think that it constantly gives you a false sense of euphoria and messes with your senses. It again depends on the level of consumption.

If you can't find somewhere to eat where they serve xalal food, then such a thing is permitted. But how do you know the people that make you this food are the 'people of the book' as you're not allowed to eat the food of athiests.
