that hadith is a saxiix hadith. now if he does not believe in xadiith. then he is not suni Muslim but a Koranic Muslim

as ai said ALLAH never says in the quran kill for adultry, allah clearly says both an-nisaa and AL NOOR says whit out differentiation married or not, punishment that for adultry is 100 lashes no matter wather is married or not.

Allah said in the quran

Verses 24-2,3 says: "The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication flog each of them with 100 stripes[/b]." “The adulterer shall not marry save an adulteress, and the adultress shall not marry save an adulterer or an idolater All that is forbidden unto believers.” Clearly the punishment is not lethal since the adulterers and adulteresses can marry subsequently.

allah says even the adulterers and adulteresses to marry eachother for only thats shows you zinaaa punishment is not death penalty.


as i said allah says it clearly flog them 100 lashes, then if you come up whit another punishment which contradicts what Allah said then that hadiith is fake one because it contradicts what Allah said.

quran talks about many places man and women like( AL MUUMINIINA WALMUUNINAATI) whichs grammatically same( al zaaniyata walzaani)

QURAN SHOULD BE NR 1 SOURCE becouse all hadiith were collected 300 years after prophets scw past away, of course there are good hadiith but also there are thousend of thousend hadiith which are MAN MADE FAKE hadiith which CONDTRADICS WHAT ALLAH SAID.

stoning for zinaa is from the BIBEL and not from the quran, and if you come up whit hadiith like one who says kill for adultry then that hadiith is contradicting WHAT ALLAH SAID
