Iam not praising khawarij rule , what i said is that they better than warlord rule(barre aka abdi bille).
Its obvious that there is less crime in kismayo now so really the hudood punishments had an great shocking effect(if the people who were punished were really quilty is other issue).

I would wish the same situation in kismayo for Mogadishu, which is better than daily killings.
Or an better situation( sufi wilaayad).

No you aren't getting it, If Shabaab are so darn evil as you say they are then why one earth would you want to go visit a city that is under them. After all they are khawaarij and whatever else you call them.

Can anyone explain to me the hierachy in Alshabab, it's probably the most complex group in the horn. Does each city/region have a ruler or is there a central rule?

I would rather not use my qawil as leverage in any view i project regarding somali politics. I was somaliweyn before i came onto this crazy site i even dreamed of stealing the socotra back from the yemanis.

Let me say this the only somalis i don't in my bloodline or through extended relations are Samaroon and Isse.
