that does not mean he can be cartain about who destroyed the city. May be the Somali government did it or may be the SNM did. We were in Hargeyza in 1988.
He was not there before 1991 so he is not a witness.
Richard dowden and his ilks are assholes. He spoke of Somalilanders as if the rest of Somalis are warmorgers.

for your information I do not belong to any Somali clan. My mother is. I am not denying of what had happened in Hargeysa and believe that the rest of the Somalis to apologize regardless of who did it, but the Somalilanders have to accept their role in the destruction too.
