Isn't Dulcad & Harshin , Habar awal areas? A person can't not be a guest in his own land.

udun let me tell you something if there was a big war between dhulbahanate and majeerteen and you flee to tuka raq or Buuro wadal or taleex its still your land wether its a refugeee camp or not before the war harshin and harti sheikh were just towns the Habarawals who fled hargeisa and gabiley just fled to their own land but it was always their land there are no refugee camps any more in harshin the last refugee camp in harshin was in 1994.

Udun. Xarshin is not a refuuge camp anymore since there is no war or displaced people in that location. The former camps have been dismantled and instead turned into major towns Xarshin, Kam Cumaar, Rabaso etc.
