Shift positions and lift yourself off your bed for periods of time to relieve pressure. Ask your friends or relatives to volunteer time to stay with you as their schedule allows. Ask them to help you with making necessary moves through the house or outside the home.

Ps. Warning : maintain a positive attitude and refrain from any extraneous activities, even if you begin to feel well prematurely. You do not want to risk re-injury or prevent your broken ankle from healing.

I'm too fat that's the problem arghhh. :cry:

Oh I tried my crutches for the first time... Theyre not that helpful... I think it's just cos I'm weak and I dnt have energy.

Yeah my aunts my personal slave loool :|

I can't wash cos I can't wet the cast and my aunt takes me to the toilet.... I'm gna ask the doc 2mro how I shud go about washing :?

K, you can count yourself lucky, from your description of the events it looks like they did a decent job. I remember when I went back home, I went to a construction site, one of the workers dropped a brick onto is foot and his big toe was dislocated. We took him to the pharmacy a few days after the incident (yeah I know that's mad) and the doctor basically just pulled his toe back into place before slapping a cast onto his foot. Wallahi miskiinka he was in agony and we had to restrain him, welibana he was an old man (about 50+ yrs old).

maxay irbada xanuunka ka khafiifisa ugo duriwayeen
i dislocated my finger playing basketball and went to the doctor and i was in allot of pain but he gave me a choice to choose between irbada or he would just put it back in its place with out no irbad i chose the irbad no pain. :D

aneasthetic wasn't/isn't widely available back home, as far as I know anyway.
