A system build on Qabil won't work, wasn't that what we were doing in last 10yrs? 4.5, Hawiye president, Darod PM, Darod president, Hawiye PM, and it still didn't work.
its time to start a political party system. the party that govern the best way and have the best plans wins. but when you say every four years this tribe is gonna rule even though they don't have a plan or don't know the best way to rule, its a disaster.

Anything with quick wide and inclusive impact in Somalia would be always counter effective in Somalia and would have a violent response since you would be trying the current qabiil - era status quo which people are suited with and are stuck with. What we need is a slow transistion to erasing qabiilism, this is to reduce (in all quarters of the average Somali life) the qabiil teaching and influence; and suppress with laws throughout Somali society and teach its hindrance to people in its abillity to divide people and nations. I think this would atleast take a generation.

its not a bad idea at all as somalis are not mature enough or even educated to understand or accept democracy you cant impose democracy on nation where vast majority of ppl are either illiterate or geel jire, why the elected presidents in tfg always fail ?? .. a constructive, just and unbiased dictatorship could be the best solution we have. and then we try to introduce democracy with the passage of time.
