Actually Awdal State started when Dahir Riyaale was in the middle of his term. The concept always existed since the ending of the civil war in the North in the 1990's. However when Silanyo came in power it truly became Isaaqland. The Guurti is 100% Isaaq, the MP's are over 90% Isaaq.

if all Gadabuursi are pro SL as he claims then why are they not marching in the streets with SL flags? why we haven't seen any SL party by Gadabuursi so far ??
