Wale if we had intelligent woman, they would stipulate patience, akhlaq, and good treatment. Than it would be lawfully binding on the husband to behave such a way in the eyes of Illahay even more so than just the norm. And vice versa.

Nah not a relative man. I could have all the cash in the world bro, I am one frugal guy walahi . I don't know man its just my nature, I dislike extravagance of any sort. My friends and fam call me cheap, I prefer the term fiscally conservative . Serious though spending crazy cash when I probably got cousins in Somalia struggling doesnt sit well with me.
