He is right it was not called that it was in italian so was Somalia Italiana. Please kids stop reading what you read on wikipedia or any website in general. Somali history is Oral listen to your elders they are more factual and true than biased propaganda you see on websites. I see a big problem of this in general for the new generation

Caayda jooji abti I am old enough to be your father. Italians don't say land they us latin terms of -ia. Which is where Somalia came from. Please don't run away from your Italian roots I have noticed this occuring recently.
