Re: Why is it considered CEEB?
One day (hopefully in the distant future) you will be a judgmental habar and you'll be free to dish it out as much as our beloved mad hags do. It's our culture. It's as traditional as walking around with uunsi from room to room (I bet HELWAA & Kambuli already do it and they're not even habro). Embrace your culture, Nabeela and stop flashing your teeth on your wedding day (I, of course, flash mine all the time).Nabeela wrote:No, no, I have been consistent about judgmental habro all along..

Re: Why is it considered CEEB?
^Sorry huuno, you are wrong.. I honestly don't like uunsi
Not that I am not familiar with it, I know and I know the best kind, but I can't stand the stuff..It is too strong for myself..You don't have to use the stuff simply because it is your culture...
There are many and many other fragrances that are mild and pleasant at the same time..for the body and for house.

Re: Why is it considered CEEB?
I carry uunsi from room to room. Does that make me a habar?

I was serious though. I like uunsi and catar. Might be my 2 favourite Somalish things.

Horta why did you and Kambuli only look at the negative when I could have been praising you and referring to you being the ultimate in tradition and culture? Women!

(hoosta ku shido? You must be mistaking me for reer Hargeisa or something).

Re: Why is it considered CEEB?
maya walaal,i mentioned the 9 kids to indicate how lengthy his marriage to that woman was,and reer badiyanimo has nothing to do with getting curious about undressing the woman that has been sleeping right next to u for 2 decades, its a natural thingkambuli wrote:Samadoon Waaxid, let me make one correction for you horta. Having many kids has nothing to do with the ACTION and the way it is done... He can be a big time reer baadiye and at the same time may not have kids at all...
But speaking of dhaqankii hore haven't you heard about the guy a who tried to kiss his wife and his wife was like..Ma kitaab baad I moodey maxaad I dhunkan
