A Waceysle should've taken the leadership of USC not Harti or Sacad. But then again should've, could've is not going to bring back what happened 20 years ago.
As Somalis we constantly focus and linger on to the past instead of finding solutions to the problems we face today as a nation.

Abdiwahab, Yaxye iyo Moorif haaku marmarsiyooniin. The downfall of the Marehan forces was in late 91 when the army split into 2 groups. Pro Siyad and Anti- Siyad. USC was supported by SPM, SDM and minority clans and you guys still struggled to liberate Shalambood, Kumtawareey, Afgooye. You guys got destroyed in Bay and Bakool, and at later stage the Daaroods united in Jubooyinka and you guys got destroyed there. The only reason the Marehan army got weak was because of division. Hence it gave USC opportunity to enter Gedo. Its sad it took you guys a while to enter Gedo. Since you guys had so much allies.

Gedo is NOT Marexan land. We were invited by the Brotherly Ogaden, Murule, Degodie, Digil Mirifle, Garre

CEELWAQ vs. BELED XAWO ...... The USC made a strategic mistake by cutting off the road to Beled Xawo to capture Siyaad who instead snuck into Ceelwaq before being flown in a Kenyan airforce helicopter to Nairobi where he stayed for a few months before exile in Lagos.

Abdiwahab, since when did degodia live in Bay and Bakool? And Ogadens only helped u guys at the beggining when Bay and Bakool was under their hands. We kicked them out of Bay and Bakool. Also how did Garre help u guys? They don't live in Bay and Bakool and there was zero Garre in Ceelwaaq (the only place they live with Marehan in Gedo). When Marehans were unnited over 100 hawiye boys was killed on the outskirt of Buurdhuubo. When Marehans retreated from Bay and Bakool and came inside Gedo, the army split into 2 groups. That's why USC entered Gedo, but later on they got expelled and kickedout

Degodie live in Gedo. Marexan never lived in Ceelwaq until after the civil war. Plus all the Marexan there were not "Marexan" but were considered "Sheegatos" by the ones from Galgaduud and Galbeed. Talxe, Horarsame, etc.

Mama Khadijah brought them into the Marexan banner to help get more staff to guard her husband before he got deposed.
